What should my goals be for track in the spring?
13 years old. Currently running cross country, my mile time in the past spring was a 5:28, 800 time somewhere between 2:30-2:40 (I want to say 2:34?) I'm planning on going out to the track on Sunday and running an 800 and a mile. What are some reasonable goals I should have for Sunday, as well as during track season?

- This depends on if you have been keeping in shape or improving from last spring. This Sunday I would push for 5:30 to 5:40 mile and 2:40 800. During track season, focus on breaking 5:20 mile and 2:20 800.
