What personal goals go in a work review?
For work my boss asked me to bring a list of personal and professional goals to my review. I have professional goals... but what sort of personal goals are appropriate for a work review? Some people are saying things like extra credentials and things like that.. aren't those really professional goals? As they would improve my marketability. I mean I see how they could be professional AND personal goals...

- Anything that can be related to work. Better my education, learning about leadership or active listening, develop your computer skills (or any other skill), stuff like that.
- Personal goals can be achieving your dream education (BS or MBA from Yale..), giving your family all comforts etc ... something which gives u the inner-satisfaction for your loved ones or near onces ...
- A personal goal could be to be able to save enough to start initial payment on a house of your dreams. Every employer expects that the employee must have a home so it is a good personal goal. Another could be to obtain an additional qualification which could be degree, professional exam etc which would in turn improve your market value.
