What is the process of entering the phoenix raven program as a USAF SF?

I'm leaving for basic July 29th and i'm considering in entering the phoenix raven program. What's the process for that? Like special requirements while in the air force. How long does it take to want to enter the program etc. I'm guessing not everyone in SF can enter when they want to.
