Harvard referencing (how to reference alder)?

Hi, Sorry for the question I keep asking, but this is really important. I'm doing an essay based on cross cultural management, and I need to reference this source: www.international-studies.aau.dk/e-2006/slides/Glob&mc.ppt The quote that i copied was from alder, who states: "Cross-cultural management studies the behavior of people in organizations around the world and trains people to work in organizations with employee and client populations.It describes organizational behavior within countries and cultures" How do I reference this usign the harvard referencing system? Please help!
