Assignment on cross cultural management?

Assignment on cross-cultural management Hi, I'm not sure I posted this in the right directory...but I couldn't find any business threads, so I posted this here. I am a university student learning a module based on cross cultural mangement. I have to ‘Compare and contrast two differing cultures (one being the UK) the other a national culture of your choice from the ones studied, described and mapped by Hofstede.’ I have chosen to do India and the UK... The thing is, I can't think of an argument which I could put into my essay. What arguement should I put, and how should I structure this assignment.. I have to talk about hofstede, decision making implications... Would really appreciate your help!

1. I have the same module. you need to first talk about hofseted study (and maybe compare it to the globe studies). and then explain each dimension and in light of each dimension explain the similarities or differences in each culture and implications of those differences/similarities (something like because X is collectivist country the decision making is more likely to b Y etc). you finish off with the conclusion and suggestion of further studies. The book i recommend is Thomas - cross cultural management -Essential concepts (that's out textbook and i find it very easy and clear) i had the same assignment but i compared UK and Argentina. i got low first for it and i had the structure like that. hope it helps.
