what is a reasonable rate for access programmers in Phoenix?

I am planning a move from a semi-rural area to Phoenix and I have no idea what the going rates are in Phoenix. I know for sure that around here I can't ask for much because there is very little work available in IT. I have a lot of experience (10+ years) including SQL Server, VB, Oracle and a little VB.net. This is for contract work.
