How can i get into the phoenix raven program?

i'm in highschool planning on joining the AF and trying to be accepted as security forces, but what are the additional opportunities too that career field and how can i get accepted into phoenix raven? And dont give me info on benefits and other branches, just give me info on that subject, and if you have Exp in that field, please let me know.
