How to write short and long term goals in my resume?

I have to write a resume and the employer ask me to put my goals now, in 6 months, and in 3 years. He told me tto put what do I want but no that "I am looking for a job" How do I put that in my resume and how should I think in order to succeed? It's a chemist resume.

1. Keep it simple - a few sentences - talk abut understanding the processes and getting involved in a project w/n 6 month. Then, taking that knowledge and developing or developing something new - relate it to what they develop.
